Welcome to Triple B Blades! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Triple B Blades. Triple B Blades operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Triple B Blades is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and, where applicable, you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.
To use the Services (including browsing or purchasing), you may be asked for information such as email, billing/payment details, and shipping address. You represent that all information you provide is true, current, and complete, and that you have the rights to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You may not transfer or license your account to anyone else.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to represent products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device/settings. We do not warrant that products will meet your expectations or match renderings/photos exactly. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Your order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline for any reason. We must receive and process payment before acceptance. We may be unable to accommodate cancellations after acceptance. If we decline/change/cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy [LINK]. You represent that purchases are for personal/household use, not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect at checkout and in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping/handling, and any customs/import fees.
You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and will pay all charges, including applicable taxes and shipping.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times shown are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the order to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials in the Services (including text, images, logos, graphics, audio/video, and their selection/arrangement) are owned by Triple B Blades, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No licenses are granted except as expressly stated. Triple B Blades’ names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Triple B Blades; Shopify’s marks are trademarks of Shopify; other marks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may access third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to those providers’ terms. Future features we add will also be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may link to third-party content/websites. We do not control or endorse such content and are not responsible for it. Review the third party’s terms and policies before any transaction. Any access is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Note: This accurately characterizes Shopify’s role.
Triple B Blades is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are directly between you and Triple B Blades. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with Triple B Blades.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Some personal information is processed pursuant to Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge having read applicable privacy policies. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes information about your use of the Services to operate and improve them, including transfers to third parties/countries to provide the Services.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, ideas, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback for any purpose. You represent you have the rights to submit it and that it complies with these Terms and applicable laws. We may monitor, edit, or remove Feedback at our discretion.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We may correct errors (including in descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability) and update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, at any time and without notice (including after you submit an order).

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: violate laws; infringe IP rights; harass/abuse; transmit false/misleading content; send spam/malware; impersonate others; scrape/crawl; collect others’ personal data; interfere with security/features; or otherwise harm us, Shopify, or users. We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time in our discretion. You remain liable for amounts due up to termination. Sections intended to survive (including IP, Feedback, Disclaimers, Liability Limits, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver/Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy, and those that by nature survive) will continue.

SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as expressly stated by Triple B Blades, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; portions may not apply to you.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Triple B Blades, our partners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers or licensors (or Shopify and its affiliates) be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs), arising from or related to your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Triple B Blades, Shopify, and our/their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law/rights, or misuse of the Services/products. We may control the defense at your expense; you’ll cooperate as reasonably requested.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder will remain in effect.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms, plus posted policies/rules (including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior agreements. Ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafter.

SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms or your rights/obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or delegate without notice.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State in which Triple B Blades is headquartered (Louisiana, USA), without regard to conflicts of law. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Louisiana.

SECTION 22 – HEADINGS

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. We will provide notice of material changes as required by law. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

KNIFE-SPECIFIC PROTECTIONS

SECTION 25 – KNIFE SALES: AGE & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

By purchasing from Triple B Blades, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or older if required by your local law to purchase knives; and

  • It is legal for you to purchase, possess, and receive the product(s) at your shipping address.

Certain products (including, without limitation, automatic/OTF/switchblade knives, butterfly knives, and large fixed blades) may be restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your local, state, and federal laws. Orders placed in violation of applicable law are void where prohibited.

SECTION 26 – RESTRICTED SHIPPING; RIGHT TO CANCEL

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we believe shipment would violate any law or carrier policy, or for risk/fraud concerns. We may block shipment of specific items to certain states/municipalities or addresses. We may request age or identity verification and cancel orders that fail verification.

SECTION 27 – SAFETY; ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Knives are inherently sharp and potentially dangerous tools. By purchasing, owning, or using our products, you agree to use them responsibly and in compliance with applicable law and best safety practices. You assume all risk of injury, damage, or loss arising from the use or misuse of our products. Triple B Blades is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper or unlawful use.

SECTION 28 – SEIZED, REFUSED, OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

You are responsible for ensuring the products you order are lawful to receive at your address. We are not responsible for shipments that are seized, refused, or returned by carriers, customs, or law enforcement due to illegality or policy. Shipping charges and fees related to seizure/refusal/return are non-refundable unless required by law.

SECTION 29 – RETURNS ON RESTRICTED ITEMS

For safety and compliance reasons, certain items (including some automatic/OTF or otherwise restricted knives) may be final sale and not eligible for return, except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy [LINK]. Please review the product page and Refund Policy before purchasing.

SECTION 30 – USER CERTIFICATIONS AT CHECKOUT

At checkout, you may be required to affirm that you meet age requirements and that your order complies with laws in your jurisdiction. Providing false certifications is a breach of these Terms and may result in order cancellation and/or reporting to relevant authorities.
