Built specifically for use around water, salt, humidity, and extreme weather, the Shaman Salt combines the rugged power of the original Shaman with the ultra-corrosion-resistant technology of the Salt® Series.

At its core is a broad, full-flat-ground blade made from CPM® MagnaCut®—a revolutionary particle-metallurgy steel known for its exceptional balance of toughness, edge retention, and truly elite corrosion resistance. The blade is coated in a non-reflective DLC finish, making it ideal for tactical, maritime, and outdoor applications.

The handle features skeletonized, ultra-corrosion-resistant stainless steel liners nested beneath contoured black G-10 scales. These scales are machined with Spyderco’s Caribbean Bi-Directional Texture™ pattern for unmatched wet-grip security. The robust Compression Lock® ensures reliable lockup, while all hardware—including the four-position pocket clip—is corrosion-proof and DLC-coated to match the blade.
